Estremoz has a good range of supermarkets (Continente, Lidl, Pingo Doce, Intermarché) to stock up on food (or other products).
But in the city centre you’ll also find smaller shops with local products. Butchers, bakeries and the popular local producers’ market on Saturday mornings. Vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages and cured meats fill the small stalls in the central square with colour and smells.
